We’re currently hiring the following full-time remote working positions:

Web Dev/ SEO Administrator

The Web Dev/SEO Administrator is responsible for working alongside an Account Strategist in implementing effective digital marketing strategies for clients based on StructureM’s philosophy and method. 

  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools)
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
  • Publish website content on WordPress websites
  • Complete website edits and updates as requested/needed
  • Perform minor miscellaneous web dev tasks (backups, security checks, plugin updates, etc.)
  • Work closely with team members and 3rd parties to maximize the results of each client’s marketing engagement
  • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Complete other administrative tasks for client marketing projects as needed

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly organized and have the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and articulate thoughts and points
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Marketing
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with confidentiality
  • Be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Google Drive
  • Prior experience with WordPress websites is preferable
  • Prior experience in local SEO is preferable

Paid Advertising (PPC) Administrator

The Paid Advertising Administrator is responsible for creating and managing Pay Per Click media strategies for clients. They understand how their work fits into the overall goals and success of each client

  • Implement Pay Per Click media strategies for clients
  • Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook, Bing and other paid advertising platforms for a variety of clients
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics
  • Handle the creation of large keyword lists
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates
  • Handle display network placement lists on Ads and through other contextual advertising platforms
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals
  • Direct and handle new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives
  • Direct, manage, and generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels;
  • Complete reports on a timely basis
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results; and
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
  • Complete other administrative tasks for client marketing projects as needed
