Some free ways to get more leads. And that is fairly obvious, but again, kind of scary when we talked to contractors, the amount of people who are not doing this, and it’s “mind your existing leads and customers”, again, such a big opportunity, reach out to those people. Who’ve already submitted information, but never pulled the trigger, never kind of sold. They dropped off, they got cold and then your existing customers. And here’s just two real quick ways to do that.
We engage with leads that went cold and never sold and cross-selling to existing customers. If you offer different services, multiple services, having, you know, especially having a project manager, as you’re doing a siding job, take a look at the condition of the windows, take a look at the condition of the roofing and, and record that. So you can follow up and have that conversation later, but sending them qualified emails, that’s really giving them helpful and valuable information, special offers incorporating video, but just re-engaging with them and mining those existing leads is important.
My advice here is to keep reaching out until they tell you to stop.
