StructureM
AI Governance Policy

At StructureM, we use AI-powered tools as part of how we deliver work for our clients. We believe in being transparent about that. This policy explains where AI fits into our process, the guardrails we put around it, and the commitments we make to the clients who trust us with their marketing.

Where We Use AI

AI tools support our team across several areas:

  • Written content — drafting and refining content, ad copy, and messaging
  • Visuals — editing and enhancing images, creating graphics, and editing video
  • Analysis — interpreting campaign performance, market research, and data
  • Reporting — organizing and summarizing results into clear client-facing reports
  • Workflows — streamlining internal operations and recurring processes

In every case, AI supports our team’s work. It does not run on its own, and it does not replace the strategic thinking our clients hire us for.

Human Review and Accountability

Every AI-assisted deliverable that reaches a client or goes live is reviewed by a member of our team. That review covers both quality and accuracy. We fact-check claims, verify data, and confirm that the work reflects our standards and the client’s goals before anything is finalized.

A person is always accountable for the work we deliver. AI never has the final say on what represents StructureM or our clients.

Protecting Client Information

We do not input sensitive client information into AI tools. This includes confidential business data, customer personal information, and anything proprietary to a client’s business.

We use paid, business-tier versions of the AI tools in our stack. These tiers carry stronger data protections than consumer versions, including commitments from providers not to train their models on the information we submit.

The Tools We Use

Our team uses established, reputable AI platforms as part of our work. We choose tools based on their reliability, data protection standards, and fit for the task. As the AI landscape changes, we evaluate new tools against the same standards before adding them to our process.

Our Standards

A few principles guide how we use AI:

  • Transparency — we are open about the fact that AI is part of our process
  • Human judgment first — AI assists our team; it does not make final decisions
  • Accuracy — we verify AI-assisted work rather than taking it at face value
  • Data protection — we keep sensitive client information out of AI tools
  • Quality — AI is held to the same standard as any other part of our work

Keeping This Current

AI technology moves quickly, and our use of it will continue to evolve. We review and update this policy as our tools and practices change, so it always reflects how we actually work.
